Available services
Payment Assistance
If you have difficulties making a payment through AutoPay or Pay Now features and a saved card, please follow the steps below:
- Cancel AutoPay (if applicable)
- Delete the card
- Re-enter the card, paying close attention to the Billing Address and ZIP code
- Ensure that the state abbreviation is capitalized
- Reinitiate the AutoPay (if applicable)
Once this is completed, use the Pay Now option in the portal to make your current payment.
