If you have difficulties making a payment through AutoPay or Pay Now features and a saved card, please follow the steps below:

1. Cancel AutoPay (if applicable)
2. Delete the card
3. Re-enter the card, paying close attention to the Billing Address and ZIP code
4. Ensure that the state abbreviation is capitalized
5. Reinitiate the AutoPay (if applicable)

Once this is completed, use the Pay Now option in the portal to make your current payment.
